Victory Park

Riga, Latvia

Victory Park is the new regeneration project designed by Zala Landscape Architects and Lumenu Centrs with Omikron pole and Ekleipsis at 3000 K colour temperature. The project includes green areas, pedestrian and bicycle paths together with various activities recommended by the local community; rollerblade and skiing tracks, skate parks, children's playgrounds and seating areas.

On the left bank of Daugava river, the new regenerated “Victory Park” (“Uzvaras Parks”) project was completed.

Within 36.7 hectares the project includes green areas, pedestrian and bicycle paths together with various activities recommended by the local community; rollerblade and skiing tracks, skate parks, children's playgrounds and seating areas.

For the pathways, Ekleipsis lamps on poles were positioned inside the landscape architectural elements.

Lumenu Centrs did the lighting design along the various areas using Ekleipsis and Omikron adjustable prorjectors on poles.

All light fittings were selected with 3000 K colour temperature and with various wattages for properly illuminating each place.

Omikron projectors provide the possibility to direct light around the pole and given the variable context, they represented an extremely useful lighting tool.

Ekleipsis on pole is a very elegant light fitting, combining technical light and urban aesthetics.
